Fourth of July is just
around the corner, so I thought I’d do a round-up today of some of my old red,
white, and blue posts to serve as inspiration in case you need some ideas for
festive recipes or decorating!
Start The Fourth out the
right way with a festive breakfast! Your
kids will love these and they’re so easy.
Bonus, you can change up the “confetti” colors very easily for each of
the different holidays.
Attending a Fourth of July barbecue
or party this year? These Patriotic
Strawberries are the perfect appetizer to bring! Bonus, they can double as dessert.
When the sun goes down it’s
time to turn it up! These Jello Shots
are perhaps one of the most festive drinks ever! Bonus, you drink (or eat?) them chilled so they’ll
keep you cool on those hot summer nights!
Looking for some décor inspiration? Look no further than my Fourth of July Home
tour from 2016!
I typically change up my décor
a little each year and 2018 was actually my personal favorite year for Fourth
of July decorations. That bar cart,
though!!
Happy planning, y’all!

We have a HUGE family cookout on the 4th and my sister in law always makes chocolate covered strawberries with white (and some regular) chocolate with sprinkles. Such a simple snack but such a huge hit!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like so much fun! And you are so right... they are so simple and so EASY to make, but they are always gobbled right up!
DeleteOh I cannot wait! We will be at the beach, I will have to make those waffles!
ReplyDeleteI have to go back and check out those home tours again! I actually decorated a little bit this year - just a lot of little flags but they really do add a pop and make it feel like summer!
ReplyDeleteI love all the yummy 4th of July treats!!!
ReplyDeleteThose jello shots look great! How fun! Glad you joined our link up!
