Holiday Gift Guide for the Ladies

Okay friends, Halloween is over which means that I’ve officially flipped my switch from Halloween to Christmas!!!!  I know some of you may not be there quite yet, but that’s okay.  I’m sure many of you are already starting to think about holiday shopping, though, so I’m coming in hot with my first of many gift guides today… this one is all about the ladies!

As always, there are items in different price ranges so there’s something for everyone…

1 – Birdie Personal Alarm

With the recent uptick in attacks on women (especially when walking/running/working out), I know many ladies who are on edge about being out and about alone.  This Birdie personal alarm is a small and easy way to protect yourself or a loved one from potential attacks.  When threatened, remove the top pin to activate the alarm, and your Birdie will sound a loud siren and start a flashing strobe-light, hopefully deterring your attacker.  This is such a great gift for any woman, especially college students and women who live alone.

2 – Strength for Each Day by Joyce Meyer

This 365-day devotional will encourage any woman to take a few minutes out of her day to spend some quiet time with God.  I have been using Joyce Meyer’s Trusting God Day by Day devotional and I have enjoyed it thoroughly…. I feel like all of the passages have been relatable and inspirational.  I can’t wait to get my hands on this new one that she put out last year.  It has excellent reviews and 4.8/5 stars on Amazon and it would make a great gift!

3 – Cozy Pajamas Set

These cozy pajamas are the perfect gift for the impending cold weather.  Made from soft, plush fleece, this set is perfect for lounging around in, and the shorts have a drawstring for a fully adjustable waistband.

4 – AeroGarden Hydroponic Indoor Garden

This Aerogarden Hydroponic Indoor Garden is perfect for the crazy plant lady (or man) in your life!  Grow six plants up to 12 inches with this indoor water garden, no soil required.  This set comes with basil, parsley, dill, thyme, basil, and mint so you can enjoy fresh herbs year-round.

5 – Simplified Planner

I have used the Simplified Planner for the past four years, and it’s by far, the best planner I’ve ever owned.  Designed for simplicity, it has everything you need and nothing that you don’t, and it’ll help you get your life organized and keep your life organized.  Each daily planner contains a monthly spread for each of the twelve months + one page per day so you can keep track of your schedule and to-do list day-by-day.  It also has a notes space at the bottom of each page so you can customize that to your liking.  I can’t think of a better gift than the gift of organization!  (And it comes in several different designs if you don't like the rainbow stripes.)

6 – Designer Apple Watch Band

Dress up any Apple Watch with this gorgeous designer band without the designer cost.  This beautiful band comes in several different colorways with interchangeable silver, gold, or rose gold bees.  I have this exact band and it’s one of my favorites of all-time!  It is just gorgeous in person!

7 – Barefoot Dreams Fuzzy Socks

These are my favorite socks of all-time, and they’d make the perfect gift for any lady in your life – your grandma, your mom, a friend, a colleague, etc.  You cannot beat these deliciously cozy socks… they are seriously the best!

8 – Yeti Rambler

This Yet Rambler is one of my favorite things on planet earth!  I use it all day, every day, 365 days a year.  It comes everywhere with me!  It holds 30 oz. and it keeps my drink cold all day long.  All I have to do is refill it once midday, and that helps me meet my water intake for the whole day!  And unlike many other tumblers, this one is dishwasher safe!!!!

9 – Headband

The ever-popular Anthropologie headband is back in many different designs this season, and this neutral design goes with almost anything!

10 – Handmade Beaded Earrings

Y’all, I stumbled upon this Etsy shop, and I am in love with every single product she offers!!  Beaded earrings are incredibly trendy this fall, and this shop offers the widest variety of beaded earrings I’ve ever seen – sports teams, farm animals, alcoholic beverages, fruits, holidays, coffee cups, butterflies – she seriously has earrings for absolutely anything you could want!  I love supporting small businesses, and this shop offers some incredibly unique pieces.

11 – Wristlet Keychain/Wallet

This wristlet holds your keys, ID, credit card, and cash, so it’s easy to grab it and go!  This would make a great gift for a teacher or a college student since they’re always on the go!

12 – Barefoot Dreams Cardigan

These Barefoot Dreams cardigans are on many gift guides year after year, but that’s just because they’re so good!  I have two of them and they are the softest, warmest, coziest things you can put on your body.  They’re pricey, but they’re worth every penny when you live in them all winter!  They hold up beautifully in the washer and dryer and mine still look new, years later.  Some of the colors are on SUPER sale right now, too, so if you've ever been wanting one, now is the time to buy!

13 – Ugg Slippers

Cozy slippers are another staple for me during the winter months, and I wear mine all day long while I’m at home.  These Ugg slippers are soft, warm, and comfy, and they’re also water-resistant so you can wear them out of the house if you choose!

14 – Glass Diffuser

This glass diffuser not only diffuses your favorite scents, it’s gorgeous, too!  It has multiple mist modes, seven different light colors, and it’s ultra-quiet so you can use it while you sleep.  Similar to the mega-popular Young Living Aria diffuser, this one is just as beautiful, but for a fraction of the cost.

15 – Beaded Clutch

This beaded clutch is from the same Etsy shop that does the beaded earrings mentioned above.  This clutch would make for such a unique gift!  And like the earrings, it comes in tons of different patterns/colors.

And that’s it, y’all!  I hope you got some great ideas, either for your loved ones or for your own wish lists.  I’ll also be doing gift guides for the guys, for tiny kids, for older kids, and for teens so stay tuned for more ideas!

  1. The personal siren is such a good idea. It might even scare away the coyotes I sometimes see hiding out by our local park! I also really like that pajama set!

  5. That Birdie Personal Alarm is something I need to add to my list, since I do run outside once a week. It is scary when you hear of a women runner getting hurt on the news. Always gives me the chills. That neutral headband is so cute from Antrho and I love the coffee earrings (of course!!).
