Christmas Home Tour 2025

Hey, y’all!  It’s Christmas home tour day!  One of my favorite blog posts of the year!  Not much changes from year to year, but we do have a couple of new things this year… a new yard blowup – our Santa bit the dust last year – so we decided to go with a snowman this year, and we also got some new Christmas bedding that I love soooo much.  We also have our new record player stand that I was able to dress up a bit for the season, but it’s nothing fancy… I just added a couple of things to it that I already had and I put a good, wintery quote from one of my favorite Taylor Swift songs on the letter board.

My mother-in-law also just passed down to us a couple of very old, very large nutcrackers this past weekend, but I’d already photographed the house, so those won’t be in today’s post… that’ll be something I can save for next year's tour.  ;o)

Almost everything on the ground level is the same, and we even left Maui’s stocking up this year… I couldn’t bear to not have it up after 15 years.  :o(  And Olivia brought home some beautiful artwork of Mary and baby Jesus that she painted at school, so of course, it’s front and center on our refrigerator.  I’m also sharing our new ornaments from this year… we went a little overboard because I just kept finding so many things that meant so much to the kids (AND ME!) this year…

Anyway, come on in!  I’ll just let the pictures do the talking now…

Moving into my office…

Our primary bedroom… isn’t that bedding just GORGEOUS?!

Jacob’s room with all of his handmade ornaments through the years…

And Olivia’s room with all of her handmade ornaments through the years… and she also made little bows and taped them around her mirror, and she made a Christmas countdown on her bulletin board… and she used a few items from my decorations that I didn’t use this year… I just couldn’t love her festive little self more!

Aaaand finally, here are a few more random pictures I took of the house at night… it’s just so cozy!

And that’s the tour, y’all!  Thanks for stopping by!

  3. I just love it! Your bedding is such a great addition, and it's a great idea to put the homemade ornaments in the kids' rooms. Beautiful painting by Olivia!

    1. Thanks so much, Tanya! Our main tree got overloaded a few years ago with all the ornaments, so I thought it would be fun to let each of the kids put all their handmade ornaments on trees in their own rooms so they could enjoy! It was a win-win!

  4. Your home is SO beautiful! I love it! Those little Target shopping carts caught my eye, so, so fun! And I love how you have your essentials oils on display, is that new? I don't think I've noticed them on the wall like that in the past. Also, we just got a mantel this year and WOW, yours is decorated SO well!! It makes mine look so simple! Ha, ha! But, I love yours and it has inspired me more for next year. Also, do you have your posts set up to where people can pin the images to Pinterest? I wanted to pin some things, but it didn't seem like you have them set up to be pinned (unless my browser is just being stupid- ha ha). I can pin them on my own individually, but it is so much extra work.

    1. Thanks so much, Carrie! I've had my oils displayed like that for years, but I probably just don't show them often! As far as I know my website should be set up to easily pin pictures, but I'll doublecheck to make sure there isn't an issue since you had trouble. Glad you brought it to my attention!
