Spring Playlist

Spring is officially here and the weather is surely reflecting that here in good ol’ Georgia!  It’s a time to throw the windows open, clean out the cobwebs, and let the sun shine in!

I don’t know about you, but we love being outdoors this time of year (aside from the pollen, of course) and we try to spend every spare second out there when the weather is nice.  The year before last we extended our covered back porch across the entire length of the back of the house, and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made.  Since then, we have spent countless evenings eating dinner out there and watching the kiddos play in the yard as B and I sip glasses of wine.  There’s really nothing like stepping out your back door into your own little paradise of twinkle lights, cool breezes, and good music.

Since spring is such a carefree time, we always tend to listen to lighter, happier tunes and I’m sharing a few of my spring favorites today, so throw your hair up, grab a glass of wine or a crisp cocktail, add these songs to your music playlist, and kiss that post-Christmas funk goodbye!

What about you?  What are some of your favorite tunes for spring?

    1. Thanks, Jenna! Isn't it the best? We always only have such a short window before it starts getting way too hot, so we are enjoying it now!

  10. Yes! We love to be outdoors too…except for the allergies and the bugs. But, we suck it up anyway because we love it so. I love this post! It’s so fun to see what others are listening to. I used to be obsessed with Ray Lamontagne.

  14. This is the best time of year for us to enjoy our porch...just before the heat and the mosquitos set in! I love asking Alexa to play us some easy listening or party music.
