The Nordstrom Sale + A Quick Reminder

*This post may contain affiliate links.

This week is kicking my butt and it’s only Wednesday!  Because of said butt kicking, my post will be brief today.  I know y’all have probably come to expect a good long book from me on a daily basis, so my apologies that this week isn’t allowing that kind of time.

I actually wasn’t even going to post at all, but I just had to pop in and share a few things that I’m loving right now.  You have probably heard by now that the Nordstrom Sale starts tomorrow for all of the new fall fashion, and I just wanted to share a few of the items that I’ve had my eye on.  Most are tops, and most are actually for the summer (and I pretty much need another summer top like I need a hole in the head) but I digress.  Anyhoo, these are all currently sitting in my favorites in case they ever happen to go on sale…

This top – I saw this top on Erika's blog and FELL IN LOVE.  Is it not perfect?

I love the off the shoulder trend, and this blush top is beautiful.  Plus, you can't beat that price!

I love the cold shoulder look as well, and this top would transition well into the fall.  It comes in several colors, but I'm loving the black and the black and white stripes!
I am in desperate need of some new camis and these look ideal.  I don’t like a shelf bra built in and it’s hard these days to find a cami without one.  Plus I love the adjustable straps.

I am also in need of a new brown belt and I love that this one has the rounded hardware.

You guys already know that I’m a die-hard Georgia fan, so in the fall all I wear is red and black.  I have been looking everywhere for a good thin red belt to wear over dresses and blouses and this one is absolutely gorgeous!  I might just buy it even if it doesn’t go on sale.  It’s something that I will use forever.

Finally, I must share with you the cutest top in the entire universe.  I NEED IT.  And I love all three colors equally and I have no idea how I could possibly choose one.  The white one with the black bow would be perfect to pair with some red skinny pants for a Georgia game, the black and white gingham version could also be paired with red pants for a Georgia game, and the blue and white one?  Well, I just love all things blue and white during the summer.  It just screams beach!  Gahhhh, so cute!

Do you have your eye on anything?

Before I go, I must remind everyone that we are hosting our monthly Girl Chat link-up tomorrow.  We’re going to be discussing what we would do with a million dollars and we hope you can join us!  (You can probably already guess that the first thing I’d do was buy all of these tops – ha!)

And if you want to join us for future Girl Chats, here’s the calendar for the remainder of the year… we have some fun prompts planned for August – December!

Cheers to Wednesday!  We made it to the middle of the week!

  2. I loved that gingham top Erika shared, too! It's too cute. And I am not one for cold shoulder tops, but I am kind of loving that one with the little ruffle on the sleeve. Like you said - it would be the perfect transition top for fall!
