The Ultimate Halloween Playlist

We love music in our family, and we play it constantly in our house.  I’ve always enjoyed creating playlists for every occasion, and this year I finally created one for Halloween!  I can’t believe it took me this long!

Since it’s right around the corner, I thought I’d share some of our favorites with y’all today in case you want to make your own playlists.  Some songs are creepy, and some songs are fun, but all of them are guaranteed to put you right in the Halloween spirit.

In no particular order…

Somebody’s Watching Me – Rockwell

Ghostbusters – Ray Parker, Jr.

A Nightmare on My Street – DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince

Thriller – Michael Jackson

Stranger Things(from Stranger Things) – Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein

The Great Pumpkin Waltz – Vince Guaraldi

Abracadabra – Steve Miller Band

This is Halloween (from The Nightmare Before Christmas) – The Citizens of Halloween

Overture (from ThePhantom of the Opera) – Andrew Lloyd Webber

Halloween Theme (from Halloween) – John Carpenter

Monster Mash – Bobby Pickett & the Crypt-Kickers

Tubular Bells (fromThe Exorcist) – The Soundtrack Orchestra

Twilight Zone Theme – Doug Astrop

I Put a Spell on You (from Hocus Pocus) – Geek Music (the original Bette Midler version is not available for download)

Main Title (from Hocus Pocus) – John Debney

Main Title (from Beetlejuice) – Danny Elfman

The Pumpkin’s Song – Oskar Schuster

Addams Groove – M.C. Hammer

A Halloween - AndrisMusic

We’ve been listening to this playlist on repeat in the car all month, and we’ll most definitely have it on during our Halloween dinner before we go trick-or-treating this weekend!  We just can’t get enough!

Happy almost-Halloween, y’all!
