Happy Friday, y’all!  We’re looking forward to a much more low-key weekend than last weekend and I’m looking forward to having the down time.  But first, I have so many good things to share with y’all today!

O N E – This Skirt

I have this skirt in two colors / patterns (it comes in soooo many) and it is just so good, y’all.  The weather finally turned cool and crisp this week, so I was able to wear this brown version to church on Sunday, and I couldn’t love it more.  It’s lightweight, it has an adjustable drawstring, it’s not see-through, and it has pockets!  I received so many compliments on it just in the few hours that I wore it, and I’m excited to have this version that I can wear this fall and winter to take the place of the summery version I wore a ton in June, July, and August.  And if you’re looking for the perfect top to pair with it, look no further than this one.

T W O – These Viral Pants

Well, I grabbed the viral pants in the Amazon Prime sale a few weeks ago, and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations, y’all!  These pants are just so fantastic.  Yes, I mentioned them in last week’s post, but I just had to share them again because they have been the top seller this week by far, which means that y’all are obviously loving them, too!  These are soft, silky, super stretchy, and they have a wide waistband that doesn’t dig in even when sitting for long periods of time.  They have real pockets in the front and faux back pockets to give the illusion that the pants are dressier than they actually are, and they are just so dang comfortable.  They come in five different length options and 24 different colors, and they are probably one of my favorite purchases from Amazon this year.  I can’t wait to wear them out all fall and winter.

T H R E E – These Sheets

Brian and I were in need of some new sheets, and I decided to go with these since I’ve seen so many people rave about them for so long (they’ve been on my wish list for literal years).  They have over 380,000 reviews with 4.4 / 5 stars and they do live up to the hype, too, y’all!  They are so soft and luxurious, and the price is absolutely unreal!  The first week we had them on our bed I think I must have commented on them 10 times to Brian because they are so good.  And I am suuuuper picky about my bedding… just ask my parents!  My Momma used to say I was like The Princess and the Pea.  Haha.  They come in lots of different colors and sizes, and they also come in different fitted sheet depths for those of you who have pillowtop mattresses.

F O U R – This Sunscreen

If you’ve been reading for any amount of time, you know I buy very basic beauty products… nothing fancy over here.  Well, I splurged on this sunscreen a few months ago because I was looking for a good daily sunscreen.  The sunscreen I was using was unscented, but it still had a very subtle sunscreen-y scent, and I got tired of smelling it all day.  The reviews on this sunscreen were so good that they convinced me to grab one (despite the price) and I’m so glad I did because it lives up to the hype.  This sunscreen has a very subtle lemon scent which is so refreshing, and it doesn’t smell the least bit like sunscreen.  It makes my skin look so healthy and it gives me a bit of a glow which I love.  It went on sale for Amazon Prime Day, so I grabbed another one even though I didn’t need one just yet.  That’s another thing – the bottle is pricey, but it lasts forever.  I only use mine on my décolletage daily, but we’ve also used it on our arms and legs at a couple of Georgia games this season and the bottle is still at least half-full.  A tiny bit goes a very long way!

F I V E – Butter Squishy

Olivia bought this butter squishy with her own money last week, and I have to admit, it’s pretty satisfying.  She is a squishy connoisseur, and this one is probably her favorite of all the ones that she has right now.  I just thought I’d share it here with all of you in case you’re shopping for the holidays because it would make a great stocking stuffer or small gift.  It’s big, too, which was the reason Olivia chose this one in the first place.  And as I type this on Tuesday, the price is lower than what Olivia paid for it, so hopefully it’ll still be on sale when this post goes live!  And if you love squishies, I compiled a whole bunch of unique ones here!

  1. Oh that last one about group projects is a riot. My youngest has has his first experience with this this year at college and, like all of us, now hates group projects.
