There is nothing like finding a good product that solves a pain point! Several years ago, I walked around our house and found all the little, annoying things that bothered me on a daily basis, and I figured out just how to solve those annoyances. While none of those annoyances were the end of the world, it is nice not having to deal with them anymore.
I recently realized that I had saved several items in my own wish list that would be perfect for a 14 Finds post, and that’s how this post was born! Without further ado, here are some awesome products (many that you may not know exist!) that solve everyday pain points in the bathroom.
This might be one of the most genius things I’ve ever seen, and I want it in every single one of our bathrooms! This bathroom faucet operates as a normal faucet, but it changes over to fountain mode that makes washing your face and rinsing your mouth easier. It also changes from stream mode to spray mode, and the end pulls right out so you can rinse out your sink when you’re done. These would be fantastic in any bathroom (especially a child’s!)… no more dirty sinks!

One of my biggest pet peeves about cleaning our standup shower (or any of our showers, really) is trying to rinse everything after I’m done cleaning. Just slip it on over the showerhead and, voila, a hose! And it’s six-feet long making it flexible to give you plenty of reach to rinse every corner quickly and with ease! This is on my wish list.

I recently purchased these and they have been wonderful in the kids’ bathroom. Prior to this, the kids would yank the shower curtain open because it was the only way to get the hooks to move across the metal bar. These rolling hooks have little balls on them to allow for a nice, smooth glide over the bar, so the kids can open the shower curtain with ease.

Several years ago, the kids’ toilet had a couple of stains that were impossible to clean. I tried everything I could think of, and nothing would remove them. I came across this Powerhouse Pumice toilet cleaner, and it has been a miracle-worker. It removed the stains easily and completely with minimal work. Any kind of stain that you may have in your toilet – calcium, rust, limescale, mildew, hardwater – it will remove all of them. And it’s chemical-free, non-toxic, and odorless. The cleaner is a pumice stone, and the stone works similar to a sander to gently sand the stains right off. This is, by far, one of my favorite purchases on Amazon ever! And it’s also one of the most purchased items through my links of all time!
Poo-Pourri
I know this has been around forever, but it truly does work, so I thought I’d mention it here in case any of you haven’t ever heard of it. This Poo-Pourri is easy to use, and it stops odors before they begin. All you have to do is spritz 3-5 sprays in the toilet bowl before you go, and the odor gets trapped below the water’s surface. It’s a great item to keep on hand for guests!

Scrub Shower Cleaner
One of the things I hate most is cleaning the showers and tubs… and because of that, I don’t do it nearly as much as I should. I saw one of my favorite influencers share this and I immediately added it to my wish list because it sounds amazing. All you have to do is spray this all over your shower / tub once per week, let it sit for 8-12 hours, and then rinse it off for a clean, fresh shower / tub without all the scrubbing. It prevents soap scum, grime, and body oils from building up and it works on fiberglass, acrylic, tile, and glass.

These toothpaste squeezer rollers attach easily to the ends of your toothpaste tubes. The rolling handle allows you to get toothpaste easily, and it allows you to get every last drop from the tube! These are made from stainless steel so you can use them for life, and the excellent reviews speak for themselves! The best part – these can be used for so much more than just toothpaste – they can be used for paint, hair products, craft glue, ointments, and anything else that is stored in a tube.

This mounted dispenser is perfect for showers and tubs that are short on shelf space. Often used in hotels, these dispensers have three chambers to hold shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and they install right on the wall. It also has lockable chambers to prevent unnecessary loss. This one comes in lots of finishes to match the hardware in any bathroom. These would be great in a kid’s bathroom.

There’s never enough shelf space in a tub or shower, so we’ve always used shower organizers like this one. Brian and I both use different products for everything, so we need something that can hold all of our products + my loofah + our razors. Such a simple, affordable product that makes a huge impact!

I already mentioned this toilet paper holder in another post, but I thought it was worth mentioning again since it’s so brilliant. It has a flip-top lid to store feminine products, wipes, and other bathroom essentials right where you need them. It also has a shelf that you can use to set your phone down. And it is legit the prettiest toilet paper holder I ever did see! These are also on my wish list for every bathroom in our home!
