Five on Friday - November Goals

Today I’m recapping my October goals and listing my November goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals.

October Goals

Relationships

X  Go on a date with B. – I had Covid and then the grandparents had Covid (didn’t get it from me!) so we had nobody to watch the kids once I was well.  This was out of our control.

Y  Go to dinner with my girls. – HOCO!!

Y  Go to lunch with a friend. – Went to lunch with two old coworkers/friends.

X  Go to a movie with Mom. – I was down with Covid for the first half of the month, and she was down for the second half of the month so this was literally impossible.  Just for the record, she didn’t get it from me.  Lol.

Personal/Health/Wellness/Fitness/Beauty

Y  Meditate, quiet time, and affirmations every day.

Y  Drink 64 oz. water most days.

N  Close all rings on my Apple Watch 20 days. – Covid ruined this for me this month, too, but I did close them all for 17 days!

Y  Continue mixing up workouts based on my loose workout schedule.

X  Visit with my therapist. – She had to cancel my appointment and postpone until November due to a death in the family.  Yet another thing that wasn’t done that was completely out of my control.

Y  Go to my checkup at the dentist.

Y  Go to my annual appointment with my midwife.

Y  Visit with the orthodontist for an Invisalign consult.

N  Read 1 book.

Y  Go to Trunk or Treat at the kids’ school.

Y  Have our annual spooky Halloween dinner.

Y  Go trick-or-treating.

Y  Make 2 new recipes. – I made tortellini soup and pumpkin spice cupcakes.
