Five on Friday - March Goals

Today I’m recapping my February goals and listing my March goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals. 



February Goals

Relationships

Y  Go on a date with B. – we technically did this on Wednesday which was March 1, but I’m checking it off the list anyway even though it was a day late!

Y  Have a Galentines brunch with my girls.

Y  Go to lunch with a friend. – I actually went to lunch with two different friends this month!

 

Personal/Health/Wellness/Fitness/Beauty

Y  Meditate, quiet time, and affirmations every day.

Y  Drink 64 oz. water most days. 

Y  Close all rings on my Apple Watch 22 days. – I closed them 23 times!

Y  Start walking/running again since the sun is setting later.

Y  Do yoga at least once a week to improve flexibility.

Y  Visit with my therapist.

Y  Go to my semi-annual allergist appointment.

Y  Get braces.  Sigh.

Y  Donate blood.

Y  Read 1 book. – I actually read two!

 

Family/Fun

Y  Attend the Home and School Advisory Board meeting.

Y  Have a poker/game night with friends.

Y  Get tickets to see Dave Matthews Band in Atlanta!

Y  Celebrate Valentine’s Day with the fam.

Y  Take Olivia to her quarterly thyroid checkup appointment.

Y  Celebrate Brian’s birthday.

Y  See Olivia “perform” at their school’s annual Wax Museum.

Y  Celebrate Olivia’s birthday.

N  Continue reading The Body Book with Olivia. – Never made time for this.

Y  Prep and plan everything for Valentine’s Day.

Y  Prep and plan everything for Brian’s birthday.

Y  Prep and plan everything for Olivia’s birthday.

N  List clothes on Poshmark.

Y  Redo 2021 One Second a Day video with Windows Video Editor. – I finallyyyy redid this one and I finished the one for 2022, too!

Y  Complete 1 task on Master To Do List.

 

Blog/Social Media

Y  Post on the blog 4-5 times per week.

Y  Share at least 2 Reels on Instagram.

Y  Prep year-end Ode to 2023 post and starting filling it in.

Y  Start adding steps to monthly goals posts.

Y  Catch up on adding links/pictures to blog pages.

Y  Complete one blog post for the future. – I completed two!  One for April and one for May!

Y  Continue getting in front of the camera more in Instagram stories. – I’ve been doing this a lot lately!  Hello, car line chats! 

Y  Continue sharing my house cleanout journey in Instagram stories. – I didn’t share as much as I wanted to, but I shared some!

Do more squats and focus on toning inner thighs.

Continue focusing on strengthening arms.

Aim to hit 10,000 steps most days. 

Do Best Lent Ever leading up to Easter.

Ditch old lotion and start using a cleaner lotion.
