Five on Friday - July Goals

Today I’m recapping my June goals and listing my July goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals.

June Goals

Personal Health / Wellness / Fitness / Beauty

Y  Meditate, devotional, gratitude journal, prayer journal, and affirmations every day.

N  Close all rings on my Apple Watch 15 days. – I only closed them 12 times… I had no idea what I was in for when I started these new adjustments, so there were many days that I had to take it easy.

N  Aim to average 8,000/steps per day. – I averaged 6,314 because, again, there were so many days that I had to rest after my adjustments, and I barely moved at all.

Y  Visit with my therapist.

Y  See the upper cervical chiropractor for my testing and scans.

Y  See the upper cervical chiropractor for my first adjustment – way more than just one!

  2. Even with the adjustments throwing a kink in your goals, you still did an outstanding job!! And give yourself grace for those days you didn't meet your step or exercise goal!! Reels can be so daunting to me. I much prefer photos. Although, yesterday I took a couple of hours and drafted so many videos from our recent trips so they're ready to go. Have a great weekend!
