Five on Friday - February Goals

Today I’m recapping my January goals and listing my February goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals. 



January Goals

Personal Health / Wellness / Fitness / Beauty

Y  Be intentional about creating joy every day.

Y  Meditate and read my devotional every day.

Y  Start doing a new kind of meditation – EMDR.

Y  Start Bible study again after putting it on hiatus for an Advent study.

Y  Visit with upper cervical chiropractor.

Y  Visit with therapist.

Y  Visit with orthodontist to get retainers made.

Y  Get my braces off!!!!

Y  Visit with primary doc for a vertigo medicine tapering checkup.

Y  Taper my vertigo medicine from 1/2 pill per day to 1/4 pill per day. 

Y  Go to annual mammogram and ultrasound appointment.

Y  Start using gua sha tool on my jaw to help with nighttime teeth clenching.

Y  Get hair cut and highlighted.

Y  Walk 41 miles.

Y  Get back on our regular schedule after 17.5 days off.

Y  Jacob start spring golf season.

Y  Attend monthly Home and School Advisory Board meeting.

Y  Revamp charging station to accommodate Olivia’s new items.

Y  Start reorganizing List Master app.

Y  Update 50 album artwork in iTunes.

N  Put down new rug in living room.

Y  Redo tape under rug in primary bedroom.

Y  Finish One Second a Day video for 2025.

Y  Start working on Ode to 2026.

N  Work on catching up on blog page links.

N  Work on backlog of Reels.
