Today I’m recapping my August goals and listing my September goals. As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals.
August Goals

Y Meditate, devotional, gratitude journal, prayer journal, and affirmations every day.

Bible studies again (I had to take a break because of my neck)

all rings on my Apple Watch 18 days. – I closed them 18 times.

to average 8,000/steps per day. – I averaged 7,746.

with my therapist.

seeing the upper cervical chiropractor for adjustments.

my eye doctor for my annual checkup.

manageable daily to-do lists to allow margin in my day for these busy months.
