Today I’m recapping my July goals and listing my August goals. As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals.

Y Meditate, devotional, gratitude journal, prayer journal, and affirmations every day.

all rings on my Apple Watch 13 days. – I closed them 20 times!
Y Aim
to average 7,000/steps per day. – I averaged 7,538. Most days, I hit 10,000, but days when I had
adjustments, I would barely hit 3,000, so that sunk my average.
Y Visit
with my therapist.
Y Continue
seeing the upper cervical chiropractor for adjustments and get new scans.

to my orthodontist for what I hope is one of my final checkups.
