Hey, y’all! It’s time for another edition of Amazon purchases, and today’s is supersized because we bought so many things last month. With Halloween coming, Christmas coming, the Amazon sale, and refills we needed, we bought a LOT of stuff. Let’s jump right in!

Travel Coffee Mug

I purchased this new travel mug, and it’s perfect in every way. It has every single thing that I wanted in a travel mug, and it’s absolutely beautiful in person! It has a ceramic inner layer, so my coffee doesn’t get that metallic taste like my other travel mug, but it’s still metal on the outside so it’s not hot to the touch. It’s the perfect size and it holds more than a standard cup of coffee, it has a handle, it fits in any cup holder, it’s dishwasher safe, it doesn’t have a million pieces that have to be taken apart before washing, it keeps hot drinks hot for up to 6 hours, it keeps cold drinks cold for even longer, and the quality is truly top-notch… I am so impressed because this brand is nicer than a Stanley, an Owala, and a Yeti combined. Another great thing about it that was totally unexpected… it came with a rubber boot!!!! I had no idea when I made the purchase that the bottom was rubber boot, but it is! It can be removed and the polka dot pattern continues to the bottom of the cup.

Ghost Paper Plates

These were purchased for our Halloween party Saturday, and I love them so much. They’re full-sized dinner plates in the prettiest colors, and there were so many in the pack that we’ll be able to use them again next year… and maybe the next. Haha.

THE BEST YOGA/DRESS PANTS

I grabbed the viral pants in the Amazon Prime sale, and they exceeded my expectations! These pants are just so fantastic, and y’all are loving them, too, as they’ve been the top seller for the last two weeks! They’re soft, silky, super stretchy, and they have a wide waistband that doesn’t dig in even when sitting for long periods of time. They have real pockets in the front and faux back pockets to give the illusion that the pants are dressier than they actually are, and they are just so dang comfortable. They come in five different length options and 24 different colors, and they are one of my favorite purchases from Amazon this year. I did buy them in this style to try, too, but I much prefer the others with the wider waistband, so I returned the ones with the belt loops. Don’t get me wrong, those are excellent, too, but the waistband on these is just so much better.

Plaid Skirt

This skirt has been on my wish list for years, so I finally grabbed it in the sale this year since I don’t have many skirts for winter. It’s SO good, y’all, and it fits true-to-size. It comes in lots of colors and patterns, and I’ll be pairing this one with a black top, black tights, and boots. I can’t wait to style it.

Fall Flowy Skirt

I already owned this skirt in a fun, summery print, so when this one went on sale, I grabbed it in this fall print, too, since I love my other skirt so much. This one will be perfect to wear throughout the fall, and it looks great paired with this top. Oh, it has pockets, too! You know I’m a sucker for pockets. Aren’t we all?

Sheets

Brian and I were in need of some new sheets, and I decided to go with these since I’ve seen so many people rave about them for so long (they’ve been on my wish list for literal years). They have over 380,000 reviews with 4.4 / 5 stars and they do live up to the hype, too, y’all! They are so soft and luxurious, and the price is absolutely unreal! The first week we had them on our bed I think I must have commented on them 10 times to Brian because they are so good. And I am suuuuper picky about my bedding… just ask my parents! My Momma used to say I was like The Princess and the Pea. Haha. They come in lots of different colors and sizes, and they also come in different fitted sheet depths for those of you who have pillowtop mattresses.

Sunglasses

The pair of sunglasses I’d been wearing for years broke a few weeks ago, so I grabbed this very inexpensive pair in the sale to replace them. They’re exactly as pictured, and they’re a keeper. I love them.

Touchland Cotton Candy

Olivia is obsessed with Touchland hand sanitizers, so I bought this cotton candy scent during the sale. This scent is exclusive to Amazon, and cotton candy happens to be Olivia’s favorite scent/flavor, so I grabbed this to put in her stocking for Christmas.

EOS Holiday Lip Balm

I purchased a couple of these for gifts / stocking stuffers as well. They had a cotton candy version, so obviously it’s going in Olivia’s stocking. She loves a lip gloss!

Red Bow Clip

We love this brand, so when I saw this holiday red ribbon claw clip, I had to get it for Olivia’s stocking. It is also perfect for a teacher gift, a favorite things party, or a small gift for a friend or hostess.

Corset

Olivia and her friend decided to be Shimmer and Shine for Halloween, but instead of buying premade costumes, they wanted to piece theirs together. Olivia ordered this corset, and although it’s a bit too big for her, she made it work with some safety pins. We also made her wear a white t-shirt under it for school just in case there were any wardrove malfunctions. Haha.

Purple Skirt

Olivia chose this skirt to wear with her corset, and since it’s a women’s skirt, we had to pin this, too, but you can’t even tell. It has built-in shorts, which is great, but it’s much longer in person than it is in the photo. It's super cute and I'd totally wear it during the summer at the beach, but the price has gone up insanely since we bought Olivia's.

Purple Tights

These are the tights she chose to wear with her costume, and thank goodness these came in girls sizing, because my teeny, tiny gal isn’t quite big enough to wear women’s clothes without some alterations just yet. And I don’t think we could alter tights. Haha.

Cheese Squishy

Olivia bought this two-pack of cheese squishies with her own money and she loves them so much. The quality is excellent, and the squish is super satisfying.

Butter Squishy

She bought the famous butter squishy with her own money as well, and I totally get the hype because it’s very satisfying to squish. And it’s as large as it looks in the pictures!

Watermelon Slushy Squishy

This was another purchase by Olivia, and this one is very unique because it has a slushy feeling to it. Olivia has been carrying all of these everywhere for a couple of weeks, and they’ve all held up beautifully.

Rainbow Necklace

I love that statement necklaces are making the rounds again. I have many that I saved from the early 2010s, but I wanted something colorful, too, rather than one solid color. This necklace went on super duper sale, so I grabbed it, and I’m so glad I did because it is beautiful in person. The quality is fantastic, too. I’ve only worn it a couple of times so far, but I received compliments both times. It’s a show stopper!

Sunscreen

If you’ve been reading for any amount of time, you know I buy very basic beauty products… nothing fancy over here. Well, I splurged on this sunscreen a few months ago because I was looking for a good daily sunscreen. The sunscreen I was using was unscented, but it still had a very subtle sunscreen-y scent, and I got tired of smelling it all day. The reviews on this sunscreen were so good that they convinced me to grab one (despite the price) and I’m so glad I did because it lives up to the hype. This sunscreen has a very subtle lemon scent which is so refreshing, and it doesn’t smell the least bit like sunscreen. It makes my skin look so healthy and it gives me a bit of a glow which I love. It went on sale for Amazon Prime Day, so I grabbed another one even though I didn’t need one just yet. That’s another thing – the bottle is pricey, but it lasts forever. I only use mine on my décolletage daily, but we’ve also used it on our arms and legs at a couple of Georgia games this season and the bottle is still at least half-full. A tiny bit goes a very long way! It was included in the Amazon sale (which I think is pretty rare), so I grabbed another bottle even though I’m not even close to needing it. I’m telling you, one tiny bottle lasts forever!

Wet Ones Wipes

These are always in my purse, and it was time for a refill, so I grabbed them from Amazon. They have this bulk pack making them way less expensive than any other retailer, so I always grab them from there.

Sanitizing Wipes

We also needed a refill of Clorox wipes, and when I went to grab them from Amazon (they’re always least expensive there!), I saw that they had this Amazon Basics brand that was quite a bit cheaper. I grabbed these, and they are pretty much identical to the Clorox wipes, but for a much cheaper price point. Glad I decided to try them so I could save a few bucks!

Birthday Card

My niece’s birthday was this month, so I sent a gift with my parents when they went to visit her. This card is just precious, and it is so her.

Bedazzling Kit

This was one of the gifts we bought for her… she just turned eight, and she loves all things sparkly, so I thought it would be the perfect gift, especially since Olivia loves hers so much!

Squishmallows Slime

This was also a purchase for my niece because, hello, slime!!!! This is one of Olivia’s favorite kinds of slime, so I knew Chy would love it, too. These will be very popular this Christmas!

Phone Wallet

Jacob needed a wallet since he now carries an ID and a credit card, so we bought this phone wallet for him. It sticks directly to your phone case, and it holds two cards + cash, and he loves it because he doesn’t have to worry about keeping up with a phone and a wallet because it’s all-in-one now! The wallet is made of genuine leather, it comes in lots of different colors, and you’re supporting a small business with every purchase. This would be another great stocking stuffer!

Wet Ones Wipes in a Can

We were obviously in need of lots of cleaning products in October. Haha! We keep these Wet Ones in our kitchen and bathroom for wiping down phones, handles, and various other things that I don’t want to use the Clorox wipes on. I also keep a can in my car.

Red Gift Stuffing

This was a purchase for the holidays since they’re right around the corner. I’m in need of a few wrapping supplies, so I grabbed this because it makes such a fun little gift stuffer.

Dog Food

Bellie’s dog food went on super sale during the Amazon sale, so we bought three bags. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it this cheap!

Palm Pals Vampire

We always give the kids a small gift for Halloween, and they’re both still obsessed with Palm Pals, so I grabbed this one for Jacob. As I linked it, I saw that the price is more than double what we paid for it, but I'm assuming they're pricey right now since people are looking for Halloween items.

Palm Pals Witch Hat

And we grabbed this one for Olivia. You may have seen it in my recent Reel. These cute little Palm Pals are perfect for small gifts and stocking stuffers, and they have one for pretty much everything. Our kids both collect them, and they are truly the cutest things!

Movie Ornament

I needed an ornament for my rainbow favorite things tree in my office, and this year, I chose this movie themed ornament since movies are, indeed, one of my favorite things. The meaning of the ornament is two-fold, too, because not only do I love movies, I loved my movie theater job so very much. Those years spent working there were some of my favorites, and I thought this ornament was just darling. It already arrived in the mail and it is even cuter in person! It will make a great keepsake! Oh, and I wrote about that job here on the blog 11 years ago if you want to see all the old throwback pictures (and my real hair color). Lol.

Ring Light Tripod

Since I’m trying to do better with my Reels, I decided to buy a big girl ring light during the sale. I have a tiny ring light that I use sometimes, but it’s not big enough for the larger projects that aren’t selfies. This one is awesome. It’s so easy to use, the light settings change from cooler tones to warmer tones so you can get exactly the light color that you need, and my phone pops right up there beautifully. Y’all said you wanted more Reels on Instagram, so I’m going to try!

Car Hooks

I bought these in the sale to hang on the back of the passenger seat so I can hang my purse and keep it close when the kids are sitting in the passenger seat. I carry a very large bag so I don’t like to sit it on the floorboard by the kids’ feet, and instead, I’ve started hanging it on one of these hooks. I can reach it easily from my driver’s seat, and the hook is super sturdy because it holds my very heavy bag… pretty sure mine weighs at least 6-8 lbs. Lol.

Halloween Costume

Jacob and his friends decided to dress up as plague doctors for Halloween, and he liked this costume the best. It comes in a variety of sizes instead of just the standard S, M, and L, so that worked well for him, too. It came with tons of accessories, too, which was good since it was a bit on the pricey side.

Amazon Gift Card

I already started Christmas shopping, and I grabbed 17 of these for the kids’ teachers. This year, we are giving them each one of our Christmas cards with an Amazon gift card inside. That’s easy peasy, they’re receiving something they can use for anything since Amazon has everything, and the card gives it a personal touch.

Birthday Card

Jacob went to a friend’s birthday party last week, so we grabbed this card for him. He loves gaming, so it was perfect for him.

Neck and Chest Firming Cream

My beloved neck and chest firming cream was included in the sale, so I grabbed another one before the price went back up. If you’ve been here for any amount of time, then you’ve probably seen me mention it multiple times. It’s so good and it actually works.

Bracelet / Ring

Olivia wanted this for her Halloween costume, and she loves it so much that she’s been wearing it to school. It’s a little fancy for school, but hey, when you wear uniforms every day, it’s nice to be able to make it your own one way or another. Haha.
