Five on Friday - March Goals

Today I’m recapping my February goals and listing my March goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals. 



February Goals

Personal Health / Wellness / Fitness / Beauty

Y  Be intentional about creating joy every day.

Y  Meditate (EMDR) and read my devotional every day.

Y  Continue making my way through my Bible study.

Y  Visit with upper cervical chiropractor.

Y  Visit with therapist.

N  Taper my vertigo medicine 1/4 pill per day to 1/4 pill every other day. – After having dizziness and tension from my retainer, I decided not to taper this month because I didn’t want to add to the issues I was already having.  Hopefully I can try again this month.

Y  Research jaw clenching at night.

Y  Walk 24 miles. – I walked 35.55 miles.

Y  Start strength training again. – It’s slow going and very limited, but I finally got back into it.

Y  Attend monthly Home and School Advisory Board meeting.

Y  Jacob attend state e-sports championship.

Y  Finish planning Daddy/Daughter and Mother/Son dances.

Y  Co-chair Daddy / Daughter Dance.

Y  Clean out dining room.

Y  Clean out Jacob’s bedroom.

Y  Deep clean blinds in my office.

N  Deep clean blinds in living room.

Y  Work on reorganizing List Master app.

Y  Update 50 album artwork in iTunes.

N  Put down new rug in living room.

Y  Start One Second a Day video for 2026.

 

Blog / Social Media

Y  Work on end of year blog post. – I’m all caught up to present!

Y  Work on catching up on blog page links. – I caught up on seven months of posts.

Y  Start posting on Instagram more frequently after taking a break. – Kind of?  But I’m hoping to get back into it a bit more in March.

 

Fun Stuff!

Y  Attend annual benefit ball.

Y  Celebrate Brian’s birthday.

Y  Celebrate Olivia’s birthday.

N  Have dinner with my girls. – We had to postpone.

N  Have a poker night with friends. – We had to postpone.

Y  Go on a date with B. – We went on two!

  3. Good job with everything that you ticked off your list. That is good you didn't trying and taper your vertigo medicine after the issues from your retainer.
    You inspired me to write my end of year blog post at the end of each month and so far so good. It makes it so much easier instead of trying to think back to what we did. Thank you!
