February Goals

my vertigo medicine 1/4 pill per day to 1/4 pill every other day. – After having
dizziness and tension from my retainer, I decided not to taper this month because
I didn’t want to add to the issues I was already having. Hopefully I can try again this month.

24 miles. – I walked 35.55 miles.

strength training again. – It’s slow going and very limited, but I finally
got back into it.
